Robert B. Bennett

Robert Bennett has 49 years experience in the Oil and Gas Service and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics Manufacturing Industries. Robert has been a shareholder with Denali Incorporated since 1995. At Denali, he has held various positions including COO and President of Containment Solutions and Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President of Denali Incorporated. He presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and is President/CEO of Denali Incorporated. Robert has an undergraduate Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry from Sam Houston State University and has graduate work in both Law and Business at South Texas Law School and the University of Houston.

Tim Maynard

Chief Operating Officer – Denali Incorporated

Tim Maynard has been with Denali Incorporated for 15 years and had previously served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Denali Incorporated, Tim was Regional Controller for Paging Network, Inc. in Dallas Texas. He began his professional career in public accounting, working for Arthur Young and Company. Tim has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Harding University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986.

Cathy Campbell

VP and General Counsel – Denali Incorporated

Cathy has more than 27 years of legal experience in the oil, gas and composite manufacturing industries. She has been with Denali Incorporated for 18 years and her responsibilities include legal counsel for all Denali’s subsidiaries. She has an undergraduate degree in Spanish/Business from Sam Houston State University and a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Houston.

Chaun Trenary

V.P. Marketing & Sales – Denali Incorporated

As Vice President for Denali Incorporated, Chaun Trenary’s responsibilities include directing the Marketing and Sales efforts for Belco, Ershigs, Fabricated Plastics and Fibra. He has more than 22 years of professional experience in the FRP Industry with Denali Companies. Chaun earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology, Plastics and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Western Washington University.

Carolyn Pampe

Director of Human Resources – Denali Incorporated

Director of Human Resources for Denali Incorporated, Carolyn is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the human resources function for Denali and each of its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include: recruiting, employee and labor relations, benefit plan design and administration, government compliance reporting and implementation of human resources policies and procedures. Prior to joining the Denali team, Carolyn spent six years as Human Resources Manager for Ershigs, Inc., a division of Denali. A Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Carolyn is a local and national member of SHRM.

Robert Clay Findley

President – Containment Solutions Inc.
President – Belco Manufacturing Company

Clay Findley has 33 years of engineering, manufacturing and executive experience. He has been with Denali Incorporated since 1995 and previously with Owens Corning since 1981. During his tenure at Denali Incorporated, Clay has held various positions including General Manager of Hoover Products, Vice President of Operations for Containment Solutions, and since 2001, he has held the position of President of Containment Solutions. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina (1980).

Steve Hettick, PE

Chief Operating Officer– Ershigs, Inc.

Steve has over 22 years of professional experience in the FRP Industry with Ershigs having previously served as Engineering Manager, General Manager and Vice President, Manufacturing Operations.  He is responsible for five manufacturing facilities and Ershigs’ field construction business and is very involved in Ershigs’ research into new applications for FRP in the production of alternative energy.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA from East Carolina University.
